After solving the puzzles, you will have to return to the ship to continue the mission. Along the way, you can look for secrets and chests. However, you need to reach the ship to make progress in the story.
It feels good so far, I might hook up an xbox controller just to see but honestly there's nothing wrong with mouse and keyboard. I Just put the Y to mouse thumb Button. Works better in fights. Mouse k/be all the way, since it's way more responsive when deflecting.
